A major renovation project that involved over 40,000 square feet of the main facility floor, the Specialty Care Expansion project was nothing short of the most complicated project McCall & Associates has successfully completed for this Client. The architect worked closely with the Client to develop a comprehensive construction phasing plan which allowed for adjacent facility areas to remain fully operational while each portion of the work was completed, including access to clinics, offices, and emergency exits for life safety.
