A modern fire station facility implemented using a prototypical program which was improved throughout the design process, Fire Station #27 showcases our ability to provide adaptive solutions for a specific program to a unique site.

Given a exact set of program requirements and an extremely limited site area was very little challenge to providing a successful solution for our client's immediate and future food service needs.

A site with over 8-feet of drop and difficult drainage requirements due to a nearby flood zone did not prohibit our ability to provide a state-of-the-art competition gym which serves as a beautiful statement for both supporting and visiting patrons.

A custom home should be a direct interpretation of the client's needs and vision, and this residence accomplished both while tackling site limitations caused by street orientation, neighborhood storm drainage requirements, and required setbacks.
