Bexar County, Texas appraoched McCall & Associates to assist a property owner in master planning a relocation of one Justic of the Peace office to a location already containing one of their Tax Office Annexes. Working with Bexar County and the property owner, a thoughful planning solution was provided which included proposed expansions and improvements along with rough cost estimates to be utilized by both parties in negotiation of the lease agreement.
