Perhaps the Architect's greatest challenge is performing the role of both client and designer. The demands of this project embraced the invitation of both; with mandates from a challenging site, neighborhood, and owner quickly winning favor and accolades. The minimalistic and modern design provides a flowing spatial arrangement which is forthright and impressive in the same breath. The inspiring design further accentuates our 3D capabilities as the rendered model created early in the design gave remarkable insight to the finished product.
